Paul Kennedy is running to be the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Surrey. The PCC overseas policing in Surrey to make sure the police force is efficient and effective as well as coming up with a plan for policing the county.
The current PCC, Kevin Hurley, has described the recent record of policing in Surrey as a "litany of failures". Paul is committed to changing this with a fresh approach to make sure the people of Surrey have a say in how their police force is run and how it tackles crime.
