Lizzie Griffiths

Lizzie Griffiths was a Councillor for Stoughton Ward on Guildford Borough Council between May 2013 and 2015.

It's hard work but I love my area and I am happy to work for my residents. Despite not getting re-elected, I am going to keep on being involved in my community and working hard for my residents."

Councillor Gill Harwood

Gill Harwood has been a Councillor in the Stoughton Ward since 2007, during which she has been an active member of the Licensing Committee, Licensing Regulatory Sub Committee and Licensing Sub Committee.

Gill says, "Residents get in touch with me about all kinds of problems. Being a Councillor means that I can help them, I can fight in their corner and I can point them in the right direction towards help."

Councillor Pauline Searle
Pauline Searle lives in Guildford with her husband Vic. Pauline was first elected as a Councillor for Stoughton in 1999, she was spurred in to getting involved by a desire to learn more about her community and make a positive impact on Guildford Borough.
Last year, Pauline helped to organise a very successful WW1 Day at Cardwells Keep.
Pauline commented, "It was a truly memorable day made more so by the support and effort of the local Community, groups and the Churches. I funded this event using some of my County Councillor's members allocation."
