Surrey Liberal Democrats have selected Paul Kennedy to be our candidate for Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner in the election on the 5th of May.
The PCC's job is to oversee Surrey policing on behalf of local residents, to make sure policing is efficient and effective and responsive to your needs.
Paul is an ex-barrister with a background in criminal and regulatory law along with strong experience in financial and strategic management and supervision. His priority is to introduce a fresh approach to policing in Surrey to restore community-based policing, tackle rural crime including fly-tipping, and to make our roads safer for all users.
Paul wants to know what you think about policing in Surrey. Please give us your ideas in the suggestion box here.
Do you like what Paul has to say? We do too! But sadly there are lots of people who still haven't heard his message and reaching them costs money.
Will you be one of the people backing Paul's campaign with a donation? Even just the price of a cup of coffee could make a real difference in this election.
